Build Your Next Sustainable Habit
What is TRELLIS?
It can take an average of 66 days to build a lasting habit, and habits have a greater chance of sticking with accountability.
Created by the Global Shapers Community – Ottawa Hub, the Trellis Sustainability Cohort is a virtual platform that brings together 30 keen climate change-makers from across Canada to support them in developing sustainability-themed habits that make a difference in their own lives and for our planet.
Over the span of two months, cohort members will engage with the Trellis team and other members in meetings and on Slack to discuss and reflect on their sustainability-themed goals. Participants will also have the opportunity to hear from various speakers across sectors on key sustainability issues and educational resources will be distributed by the Trellis team to support further learning offline. Members will also be encouraged to track their habits on a daily basis to gauge and measure their progress accordingly.
